TFC’s personal trainers are highly experienced and educated professionals.  Personal training is available to both members and non-members in various fitness modalities to help you achieve your goals faster.  Private, semi-private, trio and small group rates and packages are available. Offerings include: Strength and Weights, Athletic Development, Pilates, Yoga, Lifestyle Enhancement, Weight Loss/Management, Pre and Post Rehab, Corrective Exercise, Prenatal/Postpartum, and Other Special Populations.
