Our Fitness and ICG Cycling studios offer more than 20 motivating fitness classes a week!
You’ll receive the benefit of more personalized instruction by our friendly and qualified staff because of our smaller class size. Our exercise space is intimate, allowing our instructors to help our members quickly become familiar with technique and equipment.
