Private Instruction
Book a “spot session”, or “multiple sessions” with your very own Professional Pilates Instructor. Training one-on-one provides great supports and attention to details that help you achieve better stability and mechanical movement patterns, all at your own pace.
There are three TFC PILATES Training areas that serve TFC PILATES students/clients including:

Shared Instruction
Enjoy a session, or multiple training sessions with your friends. Our Professional TFC PILATES Instructors offer small group sessions (up to four students) on the Mat, Reformers, Barrels, Chairs and Towers. There are plenty of small props and tools that assist, or increase challenge for each student.
