Program Refund Policy
Withdrawals - TFC understands that schedules change and we are happy to accommodate withdrawal requests when possible. If you would like, staff are happy to assist you in transferring your registration to another program for no additional fee. Refunds for withdrawal are issued as a credit on account for future use by anyone linked to the account.
If TFC cancels a program due to low enrollment, we will assist you in transferring your registration to another program or a full refund will be issued by check.
Typically, withdrawals must be requested 48 hours before a program meets for the first time or no credit will be issued. A $10 service fee & any credit card processing fees will be deducted for withdrawal from a program.
Beyond this deadline, a refund will be considered only if your registration can be filled by another customer from a waitlist. In this circumstance, classes/dates until a replacement is registered will be billed at drop in rates, a service fee withheld and the resulting credit will be placed on account.
Pickleball Open Play & Drills – For these drop-in events, withdrawals must be requested 24 hours in advance of the event. If paid in advance, a credit will be placed on account.
In the event of natural disasters and/or extreme weather conditions outside of our control that require facility closures and/or activity cancellations, no refunds will be issued.
Tennis Court & Lesson Refund Policy
Private tennis lessons and court reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If paid in advance, refunds for cancellation are issued as a credit on account for future use by anyone linked to the account.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. A $10 service fee & any credit card processing fees will be deducted.
