If pain, weakness or fatigue is preventing you from enjoying the activities important to you - I can help. I will listen to you and together we can develop a plan that balances appropriate intensity and recovery levels. Using a holistic approach, training the body as a whole rather than isolated parts, you will benefit from proper conditioning exercise to increase energy levels, support joint stability, align posture and improve how you move in your daily activities, all while decreasing pain.

While I have moved to a farm in Wisconsin – I can still work with you VIRTUALLY! Meet with me from the comfort of your own home. We can use whatever equipment you have. I will analyze your movements, demonstrate proper form, and keep you on task. Just like in the gym!

Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Physiology, and has been an A.C.E.-certified personal trainer since 1998, an A.C.S.M.-certified Exercise Physiologist Since 2005, and a certified Cancer and Exercise Specialist since 2007. Ellen also worked as Clinical Coordinator for Parkinson’s Disease and Exercise studies at UIC and Rush Hospital and holds specialty certificates as an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and a Pain Free Movement Specialist.
