Our Fitness and Spinning® studios offer more than 20 motivating fitness classes a week!
You’ll receive the benefit of more personalized instruction by our friendly and qualified staff because of our smaller class size. Our exercise space is intimate, allowing our instructors to help our members quickly become familiar with technique and equipment.

Virtual In Studio Classes
Les Mills Virtual In Studio classes are movie-like versions of live group fitness classes. Members can attend them when there are no live classes on the fitness schedule, at times that suit their lifestyles.
These Virtual In Studio classes are designed for people who want to participate in a fitness class when a Live Streaming, or On Site class is not offered. The classes are played on a big screen, with dimmed lighting and pumping sound, and are led on screen by the people who choreograph the classes. There are a variety of virtual programs and class durations available. The Virtual On Demand feature empowers the client to pick their own workout and reservations can be made with the front desk.
