Team OAK PARK
HIGH SCHOOL FALL LEAGUE – 2017
We are participating in the inaugural West Suburban High School doubles league this fall. If you have questions, please let me know. Teams are co-ed and 4-8 players are required to play a match. The schedule for a team tennis match is generally a warm-up, followed by three rounds of play – boys doubles and girls doubles (25 min), 2 courts of mixed doubles (25 min), and 2 courts of wild card doubles (25 min). The players play 1-3 rounds of each match (usually 2), depending on how many matches we are playing and if we have extra courts. Scoring is no-ad and concludes after time runs or one player wins 6 games. We will often have extra courts available and will put on additional matches. The players all stay on court with their teams and cheer for their team in the rounds they are not playing (matches are put on consecutive courts so players can sit in between the courts). This team is for players ready to compete and playing in our Tournament Training Level IV or above.
All matches will be supervised by USTA approved pros/staff.
All players will be given a dri-fit uniform top to wear at matches.
