Spinning-766x1024We are one of the official Spinning® Centers of Oak Park and River Forest! Our spinning schedule offers over 20 classes  per week, with 21 Blade ION™ cycles available for use. Early morning spinning classes are offered seven days a week! Most of our 50-minute group classes include a warm-up, cool down and post-ride stretch. Please refer to our spinning schedule to see which class is right for you.


 

Spinning Schedule

Sunday

  • Spinning®5-8 minutes warm-up ride.  20-30 minutes body of workout (riding profile may be endurance or strength-based, with blending of seated and standing flats, hills, jumps, running and recovery segments).  5-10 minutes cool-down ride and stretch.  Typical class is 50 minutes total time. with Dorrie 8:00 am to 9:00 am
  • Spinning® 101Perfect class for novice rider.  Bike set-up support and instructional cues more extensive throughout class.  Riders may experience multiple Energy Zones during class, but will be able to modify intensity and duration of each zone as desired/needed.  Fun for everyone! with Lisa 11:00 am to 12:00 pm

Monday

  • Spinning®5-8 minutes warm-up ride.  20-30 minutes body of workout (riding profile may be endurance or strength-based, with blending of seated and standing flats, hills, jumps, running and recovery segments).  5-10 minutes cool-down ride and stretch.  Typical class is 50 minutes total time. with Norma 6:00 am to 7:00 am

Tuesday

  • SPINPower®Same format as Spinning®, but with the addition of Power, wattage, as another metric to determine intensity. with Peter 6:00 am to 7:00 am
  • Spinning®*5-8 minutes warm-up ride.  20-30 minutes body of workout (riding profile may be endurance or strength-based, with blending of seated and standing flats, hills, jumps, running and recovery segments).  5-10 minutes cool-down ride and stretch.  Typical class is 50 minutes total time. with Anja 8:30 am to 9:30 am

SPINNING® PLUS - Same format as SPINNING®, but with increased time frame to build endurance.  Typical class is 1 hour total time.

SPIN® & SCULPT 45-minutes of cycling with standard format, followed by 10-15 minutes of upper body strength work (those not wishing to do Sculpt part are free to leave following post-ride stretches).  Typical class is 1 hour total time.
