Sunday
- Spinning®5-8 minutes warm-up ride. 20-30 minutes body of workout (riding profile may be endurance or strength-based, with blending of seated and standing flats, hills, jumps, running and recovery segments). 5-10 minutes cool-down ride and stretch. Typical class is 50 minutes total time. with Dorrie 8:00 am to 9:00 am
- Spinning®5-8 minutes warm-up ride. 20-30 minutes body of workout (riding profile may be endurance or strength-based, with blending of seated and standing flats, hills, jumps, running and recovery segments). 5-10 minutes cool-down ride and stretch. - Spinning® 101Perfect class for novice rider. Bike set-up support and instructional cues more extensive throughout class. Riders may experience multiple Energy Zones during class, but will be able to modify intensity and duration of each zone as desired/needed. Fun for everyone! with Lisa 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Wednesday
- SPINPower®Same format as Spinning®, but with the addition of Power, wattage, as another metric to determine intensity. with Anthony 6:00 am to 7:00 am

- Spin & Sculpt45 minutes of cycling with standard format, followed by 10-15 minutes of upper body strength work (those not wishing to participate in the Sculpt part of class are free to leave following post-ride stretches). Typical class is 1 hour total time. with Lisa 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Saturday
- Spinning Express with Darryl 7:15 am to 8:00 am
- SPINPower®*Same format as Spinning®, but with the addition of Power, wattage, as another metric to determine intensity. with Anthony 8:30 am to 10:00 am

SPIN® & SCULPT - 45-minutes of cycling with standard format, followed by 10-15 minutes of upper body strength work (those not wishing to do Sculpt part are free to leave following post-ride stretches). Typical class is 1 hour total time.
