Tom has lived in the Oak Park area for 20+ years, is certified as Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise, and holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees. He works with a wide continuum of clients, from individuals just starting to “get back into shape” to very fit athletes. Tom considers himself a longtime fitness student! With many years of resistance training and aerobic exercise experience, he has coached and trained hundreds of young people and adults over the years. With a style that is upbeat, supportive, knowledgeable and patient, Tom is comfortable coaching youth sports a well, including ice hockey, soccer, baseball, and softball. As a runner and tennis player, with many years participating in local events,Tom is well-prepared to understand the issues and challenges of these activities.
