Ellen PetrickPersonal Trainer
Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Physiology, and has been an A.C.E.-certified personal trainer since 1998, an A.C.S.M.-certified Fitness and Health Specialist Since 2005, and a certified Cancer and Exercise Specialist since 2007. Ellen believes that the body and its systems must be considered as a whole, rather than as isolated parts to be worked individually. She likes to work with her clients to develop plans that help them to improve function and fitness, athletic movements, and proper biomechanics while addressing any existing imbalances. Finding the right balance of intensity levels, challenge and recovery can also be keys to success. Ellen likes to help her clients recognize obstacles to their fitness goals and guide them toward finding solutions that lead to their best outcomes.
