Darryl LeePersonal Trainer
A 20+ year veteran in the personal training industry, and has held many certifications over the span of his career. Darryl sank his teeth into fitness as a career while attending college at the University of Colorado in their personal training program. He worked as ski instructor at one of the nation’s best handicap ski resorts, Winter Park. Darryl has also acquired a license as an emergency technician. Long before cross-training was big, Darryl was using his experience to multisport-train his clients. He, as with many TFC trainers, believes core training is the key to efficient movement and can help all to improve their fitness level no matter what age or level.
