Our personal trainers are highly experienced and seasoned professionals. Personal training is available to both members and non-members in various fitness areas to accelerate your training needs. Private, semi-private, trio and small group rates and packages are available in these areas: Pilates, Yoga, Personal Fitness Training – Strength, Cardiovascular, Flexibility, Fitness Testing, and Sports Enhancement.

Amy RichardPersonal Trainer
Amy was born and raised in Reese, MI, and went on to attend Central Michigan University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics and minoring in English, Coaching, and Middle Level Education in 2012. After completing her student teaching experience in Australia, Amy moved to Muncie, IN to attend Graduate School at Ball State University as the Graduate Assistant of Aquatics and Fitness for the Office of Recreation Services. Upon graduating with her Masters in Sports Administration in May 2014, Amy accepted a position at Eastern Kentucky University as the Assistant Director of Fitness with Campus Recreation. Amy has been teaching group fitness for the past 5 years, teaching Zumba®, Turbo Kick®, INSANITY®, Yoga, TRX®, Cycling, Aqua Aerobics, and a variety of other strength training formats in additions to personal training. Amy is passionate about fitness and excited to be back in the Midwest!
