Official O.P.R.F. SPINNING® Center!!
SPINNING® - 5-10 minutes warm up ride. 20-30 minutes body of workout (riding profile may be endurance or strength-based with a blending of seated and standing flats, hills, jumps, running, sprints and recovery segments), 5-10 minutes cool-down ride, 5-10 minutes post-ride stretch.
SPINNING® EXPRESS - Same format as SPINNING® with reduced time frame.
SPINNING® PLUS - Same format as SPINNING® with increased time frame to accomodate a longer ride.
SPIN & SCULPT - Same riding format as SPINNING® with a reduction in time permitting transfer of the class to the downstairs group exercise studio. Class will continue with 15 minutes of strength and conditioning exercises for the core and upper body muscles.
